How We Help Establish Your Local Club
P.E.A.R.L. provides the framework. Wardell leads the formation process. Local members help build an active community.
1. Start With a Conversation
Contact Wardell Sims, Jr. to share your location, professional background, and interest in bringing a Financial Prosperity Club to your area.
You can reach out individually or with a group of interested colleagues.
2. Identify Local Interests
We will discuss the priorities that matter most to your community, such as business credit, financing readiness, referrals, entrepreneurship, or real estate education.
These priorities help shape the club’s initial programming.
3. Bring Founding Participants Together
Wardell will work with local contacts to gather an interested founding group. A suggested starting point is five to ten business owners and professionals willing to attend, contribute, and help build connections.
4. Attend an Information Session
Learn how the club works, what resources are available, and which membership option fits your goals.
We will explain included benefits, optional services, payment arrangements, and participation expectations before enrollment.
5. Establish and Launch the Club
We will coordinate the chapter identity, meeting arrangements, communications, and local support responsibilities.
The launch orientation introduces members, explains resource access, and helps each participant identify a business goal, a learning goal, and a next action.
6. Meet, Participate, and Grow
Regular meetings combine education, member spotlights, networking, and practical commitments.
We will review feedback and participation to improve the experience as the community develops.
