My journey started with a simple belief:

I’ve spent years studying real estate development, mastering business funding, and understanding how capital really moves—and one truth kept showing up:


Most people don’t fail because they lack talent. They fail because they lack access. Access to funding. Access to knowledge. Access to partnerships. Access to systems that actually produce outcomes.


So I built platforms that solve those problems.


Why I Built TBPG & PBFI


I created The Business Point Guard (TBPG) and PEARL Business Financing Institute LLC (PBFI) to give people—entrepreneurs, working professionals, and investors—the power to build wealth without needing to figure everything out alone.


My work sits at the intersection of:

What Drives Me


I’ve seen firsthand how generational wealth changes a family. I’ve also seen how lack of access destroys opportunity before it even begins. That’s why I develop housing partnerships that pay investors first. That’s why I teach entrepreneurs how to become fundable. That’s why I’m building ecosystems—not just programs. Because financial freedom shouldn’t be exclusive. It should be engineered.
