Who May Qualify for the No-Doc Funding Program?
Applicants should generally meet the following preliminary guidelines:
- Minimum 680 personal credit score
- Personal credit utilization below 40%
- No late payments during the previous 24 months
- No bankruptcy
- No more than four bank inquiries during the previous 12 months
- No more than three newly opened unsecured accounts during the previous 12 months
- At least two established revolving credit accounts
- Qualifying revolving accounts with limits of at least $5,000
- Verifiable identity, business, credit, and banking information
- Ability to satisfy participating lenders’ underwriting requirements
